If you’re looking for an amazing place to get your downward dog on, look no further than The Booty Shop. Their brightly colored walls are one of many things that makes this place stand out. Their goal is to provide large group training classes with a feel like you’re out for the night with your friends.
“I took one class here when in town. I’ll be in town frequently over the next year or so and I will definitely work out here every time. The most fun workout I have done!! It felt so quick and definitely got a lot out of it.”
9. Vibrant Life Yoga
Vibrant Life Yoga was founded by Brian Delaney. Yoga helped him to heal after a fall off a 40-foot cliff that severely injured him. A practice of mindful stillness helped him to also overcome his emotional struggles. He now teaches this practice to his students.
